Job Summary
Financial Analyst responsible for analyses and financial reporting to support management, in compliance with US GAAP, SOX, Eaton policies, and Polish accounting requirements. Key duties include preparing company financials (multiple legal entities, primarily Poland), participating in month-end close and forecasting, preparing reports for management, collaborating with colleagues worldwide on finance topics and digital tools, ensuring control environment and compliance, supporting strategic initiatives in the region, driving optimization through standardization and automation of financial processes, supporting audits and statutory/tax requirements, and maintaining ethical standards. Required skills include advanced MS Excel, strong analytical abilities, fluency in Polish and English, and experience with financial/accounting systems.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or management
- Minimum 1 year of experience in controlling, finance, or accounting
