Job Summary
Conduct financial forecasting, analysis, and reporting using QuickBooks and ERP/CRM systems. Analyze financial statements for trends, variances, and forecast errors to assist in decision-making. Perform month-end close activities, assist in monthly/quarterly audits, and collaborate with senior management to identify trends, opportunities, and risks impacting earnings. Prepare presentations on the company's financial status and research external factors to formulate mitigation strategies. Assist in annual budget preparation and maintain knowledge of industry trends through professional development.
Required Qualifications
- MBA degree
- 5+ years of financial forecasting, analysis, or reporting experience
- Fluency in Microsoft Excel
- Fluency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Quickbooks
