Job Summary
Financial Analyst role supporting local management with financial reporting and control, budgeting and forecasting, accounts payable and client invoicing, and ad-hoc financial analysis. Responsibilities include preparing internal financial reports, analyzing trends and costs, publishing reports to leadership, assisting with cost budgets and forecasts, performing variance analysis, developing business cases and risk assessments, supporting audits, and communicating findings. Requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 5+ years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and ability to collaborate across functions; base pay $85k-$88k with standard benefits. Strong emphasis on accuracy, timely reporting, process improvements, and professional communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting, FP&A or finance experience
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- English language proficiency
