Job Summary
The position of Financial Analyst requires supporting ONR Global's Business Financial Management team focusing on the Programming, Planning, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process. Responsibilities include providing financial and execution management support, budget preparation, maintaining financial products and databases using N-ERP, and preparing reports and briefs. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in Navy or DoD financial management, with strong knowledge of Navy financial policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of relevant Navy or DoD financial management experience
- Strong knowledge of DoN's PPBE process and S&T funding categories
- Experience maintaining accurate financial records, reconciliations, and reporting
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced ERP and financial analytics proficiency (Power BI, N-ERP, PBIS)
- Familiarity with NR&DE financial processes
Additional Requirements
- Must hold a Secret security clearance
