Job Summary
Prepare and provide timely monthly management financial statements, including weekly and monthly closing PL forecasts. Perform detailed analysis using reports and metrics to verify data accuracy, identify discrepancies between financial and management reports, and prepare analyzing reports for management meetings. Assist other departments by furnishing financial information, researching queries, and responding to email requests from non-US based parent companies. Coordinate internal and external project communications and support preparation of audits. Maintain strict attention to detail and meet deadlines while managing multiple projects. Bilingual English and Korean proficiency required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 3 years of financial analyst experience
- Knowledge of general accounting principles and general ledger
- Maintain high attention to detail and strict deadlines
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Bilingual English and Korean
- Advanced-level proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
- Microsoft Powerpoint: 3 years
- Ability to Commute: Commerce, CA 90040
