Job Summary
Execute finance transactions, maintain master data integrity within ERP systems, and perform reconciliations to support global reporting for stakeholders in Malaysia and the US. Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports, validate inbound freight planning data, and maintain KPI dashboards to drive business decision-making. Ensure compliance with data governance standards, support audit requests, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve transactional discrepancies. Identify opportunities for process automation and standardization within the global shared services environment while participating in system implementations and user acceptance testing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Finance Operations, Shared Services
- Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, Hyperion, Tableau etc.)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, Lookups, Macros)
- Power BI dashboard development and data visualization
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- At least 2-5 years of work experience
- Demonstrates a growth mindset with a proactive approach, taking ownership, driving initiatives, and delivering results with accountability
