Job Summary
Manage general day-to-day reporting and accounting for the Three Rivers Manufacturing Facility, including generating and assuring accuracy of month-end close data through journal entries, account analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations. Prepare financial statement reports for internal and external use while maintaining records in accordance with GAAP and Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Support the development of monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and the semi-annual Five-Year Strategic Plan by analyzing transactional data and trends. Assist operating departments in interpreting financial data and maintain frequent contact with external stakeholders. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 1-3 years of experience in automotive manufacturing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Understanding of financial systems
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong knowledge of basic functions in Microsoft Excel
- Proven analytical ability
- Willingness to learn and adapt

- 1-3 years of experience in accounting and/or finance in an automotive manufacturing environment
