Financial Analyst

Provide financial analysis and advisory support for Chicago-based brokerage teams, delivering analyses and advisory services for both private and public sector clients. Prepare complex pre-tax cash flow analyses, lease comparisons and restructures, lease vs buy decisions, acquisitions/dispositions, subleases, sale-leasebacks, relocations, and build-to-suits. Read and abstract leases, financing documents, and related corporate financial statements to inform assignments. Produce clear, presentation-ready documentation and spreadsheets to support analyses for client presentations, proposals and reports. Support brokers and professionals with client meetings, ensuring quality information for discussions. Participate in strategy sessions, quality-control of client materials, and financial analysis calls and meetings. On-site in the Chicago office up to 5 days/week; compensation and benefits information provided.
