Job Summary
Financial Analyst, Customs role providing financial and analytical support to DSV's US customs brokerage. Responsibilities include analyzing financial data, forecasting, developing financial models, preparing reports, and offering management guidance. Collaboration across teams to identify process improvements related to billing, costs, revenue, and data metrics, with emphasis on ROI, pricing analysis, and reporting. Requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, ERP systems, and financial modeling; prior experience in financial analysis within logistics is preferred. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
- Master's degree a plus
- 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the logistics industry
- Experience with financial modeling and analysis, forecasting and budgeting
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial modeling and analysis tools
- Experience with Power BI
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear reports and presentations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
