Job Summary
Assist in designing AI-powered assistants using Gemini and NotebookLM to support centralized knowledge repositories. Partner with business stakeholders to document existing processes, translate needs into AI-enabled solutions, and optimize standard operating procedures. Validate AI-generated responses for accuracy while researching emerging technologies and sharing recommendations for digital transformation. Track project milestones, facilitate workshops, and drive user adoption activities within the Customer Accounts Centre.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, automation, and process improvement
- Experience using AI tools such as Gemini, NotebookLM, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms
- Ability to organize, analyze, and simplify large amounts of information and documentation
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable learning new technologies and working independently in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience building no-code or low-code AI solutions
