Job Summary
Consolidate, analyze, and report monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results against key performance indicators. Support assigned regions with forecasting, variance analysis, and ad hoc reporting while building regional templates and dashboards for performance visibility. Prepare financial presentations for senior leadership and drive initiatives related to revenue, profit, and cash flow. Maintain audit readiness through operational finance controls for labor and inventory, analyzing internal data and supplier spend to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Engage on special projects supporting enterprise-wide initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-to-3-year financial analyst experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, business, or a related subject
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact and effectively communicate with senior management and diverse teams
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and prioritize accordingly
- Strong collaboration skills
- Ability to influence and get results without formal authority
- Sound business judgment
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience with Sage Intacct or comparable ERP / accounting systems
- Experience with Ramp or comparable expense management / spend control platform
- Experience working with financial data (P&L, budgets, forecasting)
- Must reside in PA, MO, NC, DE, MD, or NJ
