Job Summary
Conduct monthly entity-level and department-level financial reviews, summarizing key impacts and recommendations for operations leadership. Analyze volume, revenue, and cost trends to identify anomalies, then support annual forecasting by coordinating inputs, validating assumptions, and compiling formal materials. Review productivity metrics for assigned business units, prepare supplemental reporting for senior leadership and board-level review, and assist with capital management and profitability analysis. Provide technical training to operational leaders on financial tools and dashboards while participating in performance improvement initiatives. This role blends finance, analytics, and data within a large Arkansas-based organization to improve financial performance through forecasting, cost accounting, and capital planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related quantitative field
- Approximately 2+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, FP&A, Public Accounting, or closely related areas
