Job Summary
Financial Analyst role within Conagra Brands' Corporate Controllers Group focused on international accounting activities supporting Canada, Mexico, and Panama. You will contribute to intercompany reconciliations, foreign exchange activities, and GAAP-compliant financial reporting, including preparing balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting monthly/quarterly close processes, journal entries, and audit requests. You will assist with special projects such as mergers and acquisitions, policy updates, process improvements, automation development, and system conversions, while coordinating with internal and external partners to ensure timely financial statements and effective controls. The role emphasizes cross-team collaboration, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related degree
- 3+ years of professional accounting or finance experience
- Advanced experience using Microsoft Excel
- experience with SAP preferred
- Experience with balance sheet account reconciliations
- Experience with automation tools or low-code platforms
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment
