Job Summary
Senior Living and Healthcare Investment Sales Financial Analyst responsible for financial analysis and underwriting across high-volume asset deals. Key duties include analyzing/underwriting financials, pulling rent and sale comparables, conducting market analysis, assisting with due diligence and lease abstraction, maintaining quarterly/monthly reports, using ARGUS/Excel for financial models, reviewing real estate documents, presenting financial models to brokers/clients, and supporting the creation of presentation materials and memoranda. The role collaborates across brokers, marketing, and project administration, and requires strong analytical, research, and communication skills to operate in a fast-paced team environment. Onsite position based in the Atlanta, GA office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance, Business, Commerce, or related area required
- 2-3 years of experience in a related role
- Experience in commercial real estate preferred
- ARGUS, LoopNet, and CoStar experience preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required
