Job Summary
Develop and maintain pricing models to forecast profitability, revenue impact, and margin changes while analyzing cost implications of process and product improvements. Partner with Commercial, Clinical/Operations, and Actuarial teams to present strategic summaries to executive leadership, reviewing deal opportunities, RFP responses, and discounting frameworks. Gather internal data to monitor financial performance and support budget and forecast preparation for sales and marketing organizations using Adaptive Insights. Apply AI-powered analytics tools to automate routine tasks and surface insights faster. This hands-on role within the FP&A team requires 3–6 years of pricing or commercial finance experience and strong Excel modeling skills. Based in Hyderabad, Telangana, the candidate must be able to commute or relocate.
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years of pricing, commercial finance, or operations finance experience
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Comfortable working across both Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs) and Microsoft Office products
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain complex pricing models
- Clear and confident communicator - able to present financial findings to non-finance stakeholders in a concise, actionable way
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple deliverables across functions and time zones simultaneously
Desired Qualifications
- healthcare, BPO, or technology-enabled services industry background
- Familiarity with healthcare industry or medical billing/reimbursement models, specifically in utilization management (prior authorization) and payment integrity
- Hands-on experience with Adaptive Insights / Workday Adaptive Planning
- Exposure to AI-assisted analytics or business intelligence tools (Claude, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Advanced degree of MBA or CPA/ICAI
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
