Job Summary
MedTech-focused Financial Analyst Co-Op at Johnson & Johnson. Responsibilities include tender (RFP) and pricing scenario building, profitability analysis, and budgeting/reporting for the Supply Chain Finance team, with coordination across Marketing and contracts to develop pricing segmentation. Requires educating partners on finance basics (Purchase Orders, cost elements, brand P&L) and ensuring SOX controls. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, analytical modeling, and the ability to lead projects and present insights. The position is based in Canada (Toronto/Markham, Ontario) for August 2026–April 2027, with full-time hours (37.5 per week) and is open to undergraduate students in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration who meet GPA requirements; SAP and advanced Excel skills are highly valued.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration, or related fields
- Have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher
- In final three years of a Bachelor degree in an intern program
- Demonstrate leadership skills and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills including financial modeling; SAP experience a huge plus
- Demonstrate a strong desire to learn about new technological solutions for financial reporting and accounting and able to lead projects to implement insights
- Strong time-management and multi-tasking abilities
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to deal with multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
