Financial Analyst Closeout Billing

Financial Analyst for Cash Operations Closeout to prepare, post, and follow up on interim and final invoices for diverse contract types and government/civilian customers; accountable for collecting internal reports, applying negotiated indirect rates, reconciling payments, inputting approved claims into the financial system, and coordinating with Finance and Contracts to resolve issues. Responsibilities include determining applicability of quick close out, negotiating with customers, preparing release and assignment letters, attaching billing checklists, and supporting group-wide best-practice initiatives; requires strong analytical and Excel skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal/external customers. Hybrid work environment; Falls Church, VA onsite component.
