Job Summary
Advise clients in out-of-court and Chapter 11 restructurings, manage debt and equity financings, and provide distressed M&A advisory services. Participate in complex negotiations on behalf of clients as part of deal teams comprising Managing Directors, Vice Presidents, Associates, and Financial Analysts. Support special-situation principal investing projects while applying strong analytical abilities and fundamental valuation knowledge. This entry-level role targets Class of 2027 graduates with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, offering exposure to various financial advisory products within Houlihan Lokey's global restructuring practice.
Required Qualifications
- A B.A./B.S./B.B.A. in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Applied Economics
- course work in accounting and finance
- Graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027
