Job Summary
Develop and maintain financial models for acquisitions, developments, refinancings, and operating communities; support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes; analyze portfolio performance including occupancy, revenue, labor, operating expenses, NOI, and cash flow; prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and executive-level summaries; review operating statements, payroll reports, rent rolls, and market intelligence; support acquisition underwriting, valuation, due diligence, and strategic growth initiatives; assist with lender, investor, and ownership reporting requirements; develop ad hoc analyses and presentations for executive leadership; identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, dashboards, and financial tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant financial analysis, accounting, banking, consulting, or real estate experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Financial modeling experience preferred
