Job Summary
Financial Analyst responsible for analyzing financial results, developing and maintaining financial models, and providing insights against targets. Supports operations teams through period-end and quarterly reporting, assists with annual budget/forecast processes, and partners with business-unit leadership to guide strategic decisions. Will drive process improvements, handle ad hoc analyses, and communicate complex quantitative findings to peers and executives. Requires strong Excel skills, experience with large datasets, data integration from multiple sources, and the ability to summarize trends and present them clearly.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience compiling and combining data from various sources
- Experience with data visualization and presenting data to different audiences
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
