Job Summary
Financial Analyst I or II to support financial planning, analysis, reporting, forecasting, and business decision-making across Christensen Farms. Responsibilities include conducting financial analyses, developing and maintaining financial/operational data models for budgeting/forecasting, creating reports and dashboards with Power BI and Excel, partnering with business leaders to provide financial guidance, supporting budgeting and monthly financial reviews, analyzing KPIs to improve profitability and efficiency, translating business requirements into analytical solutions, identifying process improvements, and collaborating with Accounting, Operations, and Production to support financial planning and reporting. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 0–5 years of experience depending on level, with proficiency in Excel and preferably Power BI/SQL, and strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. The role offers hybrid work options and a base pay range of $65,000 to $85,000 with a path for growth within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, business analytics, financial planning and analysis, or a related field (Financial Analyst I)
- 2–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, business analytics, financial planning and analysis, or a related field (Financial Analyst II)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, data modeling, or reporting tools (preferred)
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Eagerness to learn financial systems, reporting processes, and business operations
- Experience independently performing financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling (II level)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Power BI, SQL, and data reporting tools (II level)
- Demonstrated ability to develop data models, reporting solutions, and actionable business insights (II level)
- Strong communication skills to partner with business leaders and stakeholders (II level)
