Job Summary
Conduct in-depth financial analysis of revenue trends, cost structures, and profitability to support strategic decision-making. Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning while preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with variance analysis. Build automated dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to track KPIs and partner with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with three years of professional experience and proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Finance and Accounting
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Workday
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Advanced knowledge of MS Outlook
