Job Summary
Capital Markets-focused financial analysis role emphasizing property valuation, pro forma modeling, and due diligence. Responsibilities include executing financial analyses and modeling, evaluating rent rolls and operating statements for feasibility and valuation, preparing discounted cash flow and Excel-based models, auditing financial inputs, reviewing leases, conducting market research, collecting due diligence, and conveying findings clearly to brokers. Requires on-site work in a Cushman & Wakefield office, with potential travel and variable hours. A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred, with 0–2 years of CRE analytical experience and strong Excel/Argus Enterprise skills. Compensation ranges from $64,175 to $75,500 and benefits are provided; salary is dependent on location and experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Finance, Real Estate, etc.) preferred
- 0 to 2 years of commercial real estate financial analysis, valuation, underwriting, or related experience; internships and Capital Markets experience are a plus
- Experience with Argus Enterprise and other discounted cash flow tools preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Desired Qualifications
