Job Summary
Track and consolidate all Transformation projects, forecast trends in performance indicators, and analyze CAE performance for the Transformation Director, VP Treasurer, and CFO. Challenge assumptions, highlight risks, and assess impacts on the strategic plan while providing monthly progress updates. Coordinate cross-segment inputs, guide assumptions for new business cases, and align pre- and post-Transformation views on all three statements. Participate in financial forecasting, annual budget establishment, and the development of the company's strategic plan. Maintain financial models, document risks and business opportunities, and prepare reports for senior management. Propose and implement improvements, including AI, to planning and forecasting processes.
Required Qualifications
- a university degree in accounting or finance
- a professional title completed (CPA, CFA)
- a minimum of eight (8) years of related experience
- IT skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
