Job Summary
Financial Analyst - Business Finance Lead responsible for overseeing daily program financial operations, cost management, and EAC processing to support Earned Value Management System (EVMS) compliance. Partners with Program Management, Contracts, CAMs, and Scheduling to deliver accurate EAC forecasting and required customer deliverables; leads change management and monthly financial reporting; manages CDRL financial reports and aligns IMS with cost systems. Demonstrates EVMS expertise, proficiency with BestPlanners and Cost Schedule Planning and Reporting (CSPR), advanced data modeling and forecasting, and strong Excel skills. The role is 100% onsite at Seal Beach, El Segundo (CA), or Kennedy Space Center (FL). Requires a Bachelor's degree or higher, 3+ years of finance/accounting/EAC/EVM experience, and ability to present to senior leadership. Must satisfy COI processes, pass drug testing, and meet export-control and security clearance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 3+ years of experience in a Finance, Accounting, Business or related role
- 3+ years of experience performing Estimates at Completion (EAC)
- 3+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
- 3+ years of experience presenting and communicating data in Senior Leadership briefings
- 3+ years of work experience with Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets)
- Notable EVMS expertise and ability to ensure compliance

- Export control: U.S. export control compliance requirements
- Active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
