Job Summary
Provide financial leadership to the Marketing team through analytical support for growth initiatives, business cases for product innovation, brand planning, and forecasting. Partner with Marketing leaders to manage budgets, monitor spending performance, improve forecast accuracy, and deliver insights that drive investment decisions. Become an analytical thought partner with Sales, Supply Chain, and cross-functional teams to enable agile decision-making. Support the innovation process via financial modeling, scenario analysis, and post-launch performance tracking for new product launches. Lead the monthly close, reporting, and forecasting for the marketing budget while analyzing spend trends and efficiency opportunities. Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools to enhance planning accuracy and visibility into brand performance. Strengthen financial controls and drive continuous improvement across Brand Finance activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis
- proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Excellent financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience identifying trends and insights and leveraging them to influence decision making
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent planning, organizing, multitasking and time management skills
- Ability to collaborate across teams to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
