Job Summary

Financial Analyst role focusing on budgeting, forecasting, EACs, variance analyses, and performance reporting to support Boeing Winnipeg’s Fabrication business unit. Responsibilities include developing cost baselines, preparing performance reports, conducting variance analyses, evaluating data for business cases/proposals, and delivering ad-hoc finance requests. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to assess financial impact, supports process improvements in Financial Operations, and ensures compliance activities. Requires strong data analysis skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting/business ( CPA/CFA or enrollment preferred). On-site in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or related field
  • 5+ years of experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data (Level 3)
  • 3+ years of budgeting and forecasting
  • 3+ years of cross-functional experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Legally able to work in Canada
  • Able to handle US export-controlled data
  • CPA or enrollment in program (preferred)
  • Experience with SAP (preferred)
  • Relocation not negotiable (Canada)
  • Not a US-based payroll position
