Job Summary
Translate financial data into actionable business intelligence to inform leadership decisions and drive company performance. Partner across departments to improve financial visibility, optimize profitability, manage forecasting and budgeting processes, and maintain ERP system integrity. Own product and customer profitability insights, review sales and purchase orders, and track fixed assets. Lead annual operational budgets, cash forecasts, and variance reporting against actuals. Ensure accurate and timely production, operations, sales, and profitability analytics, including ad hoc reporting to support decision-making. This role supports BIORAY's growth in natural wellness and detox solutions through data-driven financial clarity and strategic planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), financial analysis, or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and complex formulas
- Experience with ERP systems, including implementation, administration, and troubleshooting
- Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and profitability analysis
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
- Experience preparing executive-level financial reports and dashboards
- Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations
- Experience supporting cross-functional business partners, including operations, sales, and executive leadership
- Ability to work onsite at BIORAY headquarters in Irvine, California
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI or other business intelligence/reporting tools (preferred)
