Job Summary
Monitor, verify, and reconcile financial data for the Finance Operations Department. Prepare standard reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data trends on an established schedule. Assist with the monthly financial close process, including account reconciliations, variance analysis commentary, and system reconciliations. Conduct cost/benefit and breakeven analyses for various projects as assigned. This role supports business decisions through accurate reporting and process improvement initiatives within Safelite AutoGlass, the nation's largest provider of vehicle glass repair and replacement services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Less than 1 year of experience in financial analysis, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong Excel skills, including creating and managing pivot tables, performing data validation, and preparing accurate reports for stakeholders
- Primary work location at the Safelite Home Office (7400 Safelite Way, Columbus, OH 43235)
- Work in the office at least 4 days a week
