Job Summary
Join Bell’s Finance Analyst role within the Accounting Systems Team to drive financial transformation through strategic projects. Report to the Senior Manager, Finance – Project Delivery, and help enhance efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making across financial processes. Responsibilities include leading projects with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into automated financial solutions; analyzing complex datasets to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities using Excel, PowerPoint, and advanced visualization tools; collaborating with accounting and controller teams to strengthen analytical, control, and reporting frameworks; developing and maintaining forward-looking budget/forecast models and presenting to senior leadership; leading the design and implementation of AI/ML-powered training solutions for Finance end-users during system migrations and process changes; and guiding teams through transformation with technical, operational, and financial partners.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in SAP (FICO, SD, MM, PS/PM, AA modules) and advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Analytical Mastery: Strong ability to interpret data, perform variance analysis, and drive actionable insights
- Project Management: Experience managing multiple initiatives in dynamic environments
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills to influence stakeholders and lead teams through change
- Mindset: Autonomous, disciplined, and adaptable — thriving in ambiguity and rapid growth
- Preferred: Direct experience with financial reporting systems and accounting workflows
- Preferred: Accounting designation (CPA) or progress toward completion
- Preferred: Familiarity with AI/ML tools or data analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI)
- Preferred: Adequate knowledge of French for positions in Quebec
