Job Summary
Financial Analyst to monitor the financial performance of real estate development projects in Cyprus, develop and maintain financial models to forecast cash flows, track budgets, and provide insight through reports to senior management. Responsibilities include evaluating project performance against approved budgets, preparing investment appraisals and feasibility studies, supporting M&A/JV activities through due diligence and valuation analyses, and presenting findings to investors and the Board. Collaboration with Finance, Technical, Sales, Legal, and Executive Management is required to support capital allocation and strategic investments. Qualifications include a degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field (3-5 years in investment analysis, real estate finance, or corporate finance), strong financial modeling skills and ROI analysis, CFA/ACA/ACCA professional qualifications, advanced Excel capabilities, and fluency in English and Greek.
