Job Summary
Financial Analyst on BambooHR's FP&A team in Utah (Draper) for a hybrid role requiring some in-office days. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in FP&A roles (forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, financial reporting, data analytics)
- Degree in finance or a related field
- Experience with AI/ML or LLM-based tools to financial or revenue data (preferred)
- Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, Databricks, Power BI (preferred)
- Strong data analysis, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Location in Utah with willingness to work from Draper office 3+ days/week
