Financial Analyst – ARC Management Reporting

Job Summary
Prepare, analyze, and provide commentary on monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports for key stakeholders across Asia. Consolidate financial and non-financial data from various markets to identify trends, variances, and performance drivers. Partner with Regional Controllers, Finance, and Actuarial teams to support accurate reporting deliverables. Develop and maintain standard reports, dashboards, and templates using Anaplan, Power BI, and SmartView. Drive continuous process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency. Support month-end and quarter-end activities while performing peer reviews and providing guidance to junior team members. Work onsite in Diliman, Quezon City on a day shift.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in financial reporting, management reporting, or finance-related functions
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with large and complex datasets
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different markets and cultures
- Willingness to work on a Day Shift schedule
- Onsite reporting in Diliman, Quezon City
Desired Qualifications
- Professional accounting designation (CPA is an advantage but not required)
- Experience in the life insurance or financial services industry
- Knowledge of IFRS 17 reporting requirements
- Experience with reporting and financial systems such as Hyperion Essbase, SmartView, Anaplan, or Power BI
- Background in process improvement, automation, or dashboard development
- Experience mentoring, reviewing work, or providing guidance to team members
