Financial Analyst

Job Summary
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and complex financial models for Commercial, Operations, IT, and Facilities teams. Distill data to site, brand, and account levels using seasonality curves and growth trends, then synthesize large datasets with Power BI and Excel for advanced reporting. Analyze financial performance via Smartview and EPM to identify cost outliers and savings opportunities, while managing statistical accounts loads into ERP and Labor systems. Develop monthly presentations for leadership with compelling visuals to drive continuous improvement and support Investment Committee meetings for capital projects.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA degree
- 2-3 years FP&A experience in financial analyst role or similar
- Advanced skills in developing complex financial models
- Superior analytical acumen to interpret and challenge data and to interrogate financial systems
- High/Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Functions, Pivot Tables), Power BI, Smartview, Oracle EPM
- Strong aptitude to create PowerPoint presentations to provide clear visuals that facilitate decision making and provide actionable insights on key performance indicators
- Hybrid position with 3 days per week worked in our Glen Rock NJ office location and 2 days per week worked remotely
