Job Summary
Support the Sales & Marketing organization by partnering with key stakeholders across customer acquisition and retention teams to analyze data and provide monthly variance support. Build and maintain dynamic financial models to inform forecasts, budgeting, and planning cycles while preparing Sales-centric KPIs such as ARR, retention, and churn to monitor business health. Highlight insights, trends, and outlier data variances within the revenue planning process and provide analytical support for consolidated models. Deliver actionable insights to drive business objectives and assist in the annual budget process.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years of work experience in a Financial Analyst or FP&A role
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills
- Understanding of Growth concepts such as ARR, retention, churn, CAC, LTV, LTV:CAC, etc.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication, ability to self-start, and cross-functional team building skills
- Strong time-management and interpersonal skills, flexibility, and multitasking ability
Desired Qualifications
- MBA, CPA, or CFA
- Experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Experience with NetSuite ERP and Workday Adaptive Planning
