Job Summary
Financial Analyst – AFRP participates in the Accounting & Finance Rotation Program, a full-time rotational track for college graduates. Analysts complete four distinct rotations across Controllership and Finance, with opportunities in Corporate, Disney Entertainment, and Disney Experiences in California and Florida. Responsibilities include strengthening skills in Operational/Transactional Accounting, Financial Reporting, Corporate Tax & Audit, and supporting CPA exam study while meeting work-hour requirements. The program emphasizes leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration, with a pathway to opportunities within Disney’s accounting organizations upon program completion. The role is based in Glendale, CA (August 2026–February 2028), with rotations available in California and Florida; base salary is $77,900/year, with fringe benefits and potential incentives. Education required is a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field, and a CPA license path is encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- Desire to become licensed as a CPA
- Business experience through internships, part-time work, and/or on-campus involvement
- Dedication to building a career in Accounting and/or Finance
- Proven track record to take on leadership positions and significant responsibility
- Willingness to permanently relocate to Burbank/Glendale, CA, if not local
- Available to begin full-time by August 3, 2026
