Job Summary
Financial Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Responsibilities include analyzing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts; preparing detailed financial reports with variance analyses and reconciliations; developing financial models, dashboards, and automated reporting tools; evaluating cost structures for savings and process improvements; presenting analyses to stakeholders; collaborating with finance and other departments to support strategic initiatives; recommending tools or systems to enhance financial operations and reporting accuracy; ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements; and pursuing ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Business Analytics or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role
- Experience with financial planning and analysis in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in ERP systems, BI tools, and advanced Excel
