Job Summary
Reconciliations Analyst responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting through comprehensive account reconciliations, compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements, and contributing to continuous process improvements. Duties include performing reconciliation and analysis of balance sheet accounts across divisions and legal entities, supporting internal and external audit activities related to reconciliations, contributing to the Reconciliations Center of Excellence initiatives, and implementing best practices to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in financial processes. Key skills include accounting and financial analysis, audit support, process improvement, and proficiency with Excel, data tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Query, Data Warehouse), and Oracle GL/FA modules.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- At least 5 years in general accounting and financial analysis (equivalent experience considered)
- Experience with a Big Four accounting firm preferred
- Exposure to a shared services environment is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Familiarity with data management and analytics tools such as Microsoft Query, Power BI, Power Automate, and Data Warehouse
- Working knowledge of Oracle General Ledger (GL) and Fixed Assets (FA) modules is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and collaborative team player
