Job Summary
Coordinate monthly closing for the Central Region; prepare consolidated financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) and perform performance analysis; forecast key performance indicators; support budgeting processes; assist audits and tax/compliance reporting; coordinate annual budgeting; provide GAAP guidance on new processes; contribute to ERP implementation and cross-functional projects; ensure accurate financial data and strong controls. Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office; adept at communicating findings to management; capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
- Five to seven years of related experience in finance, accounting or audit
- Strong knowledge of U.S. accounting principles
- Experience with percentage-of-completion accounting is required
- Exercise sound judgment in performing subjective accounting analysis
- Maintain confidentiality of all privileged information
- Work independently and successfully as a team member
- Strong organizational and planning skills, and an ability to perform under pressure
- Ability to communicate effectively, written and verbally
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
