Financial Analyst 2 (ONSITE)

Develop and coordinate financial analysis projects including budgets, forecasts, and expense performance reports to support senior management decision-making. Identify competitive trends, devise financial forecasting, and reconcile accounts while ensuring accurate recording of financial information. Train junior staff and act as a liaison to departments, vendors, and external parties to complete assignments. Monitor sponsored project expenditures and financial activity for compliance with sponsor requirements and university policies. Analyze account balances, spending trends, and financial performance to recommend budget utilization strategies. Maintain financial tracking tools and dashboards to support research administration and operational decisions.
