Job Summary

Lead the dialogue with Commercial Real Estate Segment Heads and senior stakeholders to deliver actionable insights on segment performance, client trends, and forward-looking outlook. Develop and present clear, decision-oriented financial analysis tailored to segments, including creating, maintaining, and reviewing financial models for recurring and ad-hoc requests. Prepare presentation materials for quarterly business reviews, budget meetings, and strategic initiatives while conducting deep dives to determine root causes and propose solutions. Partner with Business Management and Analytics teams to simplify processes, accelerate automation, and enhance business support. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting, 7+ years in management consulting or corporate finance, and experience with a bank's balance sheet and P&L. Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship provided.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
  • 7+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Finance, Planning & Analysis and/or Accounting
  • Experience in corporate financial analytics with an understanding of a Bank's balance sheet, P&L and key drivers
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills with a proven track record of execution against deliverables; strategic thinker
  • Excellent verbal & written communication and relationship management skills, strong executive presence, and ability to tell a story with data
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, including Excel, PowerPoint
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data, summarize key concepts and articulate appropriately
  • Strong work ethic; work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and sense of urgency, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Self-starter and seeks to break the status-quo and initiate improvements where necessary
  • Experience with managing/leading a team
  • To be authorized to work in the United States
