Financial Analysis Senior Associate - Compensation & Benefits

Job Summary
Senior-level Financial Analysis role in the Compensation & Benefits Finance team. Responsible for month-end analysis and forecasting, preparing firmwide HR-related budget guidance and variance explanations, calculating and managing expense allocations across global locations, producing variance analyses for business impacts, executing stress forecasting for CCAR and Risk Appetite, and delivering presentations to senior management. Requires collaboration with cross-functional teams (HR, Executive Compensation, Planning & Analysis, Line of Business finance, HR Controllers, Treasury, Risk). Emphasis on process improvement, documentation, and supporting senior Finance and HR leaders with ad-hoc analyses. Preferred Master’s degree and/or CPA; experience with automation tools (Alteryx, Xceptor, UiPath) is a plus. Authorized to work in the United States; role located in Columbus, OH with in-office expectations five days a week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- 5 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or Accounting/Controller
- Strong Excel skills with financial reporting (Hyperion Essbase or Anaplan)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely
- Team player with relationships as a trusted business partner
- Self-starter with time management and prioritization skills
