Job Summary
Senior Associate in Card PXT Finance drives financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis across product areas; delivers management reporting, ad-hoc analysis, and supports audit/regulatory deliverables. Responsibilities include coordinating month-end processes, conducting variance analysis, structuring information for management presentations and dashboards with strong Excel/PowerPoint design skills, coordinating with business partners to advance projects, identifying key business risks and implementing mitigating controls, and contributing to RCSA-related activities. The role requires working with stakeholders to articulate rationale for design decisions, and strong written/spoken communication, organization, and project-management abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- 4+ years of work experience with a Finance, Business Management, Planning & Analysis, Accounting or Controller background
- Proven experience delivering timely, high quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders
