Job Summary
Senior Associate on the Card Pricing Finance team responsible for valuing the financial impact of pricing tactics, building and maintaining a forecasting framework, and producing regular performance reporting with variance analysis for senior stakeholders. Leads P&L impact assessments during budgeting, participates in stress testing and CCAR processes, and contributes to model governance and regulatory compliance. Mentors analysts, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and identifies process improvements to enhance modelling efficiency and forecasting accuracy. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics, 4+ years in financial analysis within financial services, and strong skills in financial modeling, Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Alteryx). Must be authorized to work in the United States, with no immigration sponsorship offered, and be able to work in offices five days a week in Wilmington, DE. Final job grade level and title to be determined at offer.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 4+ years of Financial Services experience in an analytical or finance-related role
- Strong financial modeling experience
- Detail-oriented problem solving
- Executive presence
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiar with Tableau, Alteryx
