Job Summary
Develop detailed financial models, cash flow projections, and scenario analyses to support transaction structuring and due diligence activities. Perform financial analysis, covenant calculations, and ratio assessments while conducting market research and sponsor background investigations. Prepare investor presentations, investment memoranda, and term sheets for roadshows, then monitor transaction performance and track financial covenants post-closing. Maintain deal trackers, document repositories, and version-controlled records while contributing to process improvement and template development. Collaborate with senior team members, legal advisors, and external stakeholders throughout execution. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with 1–3 years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance, strong Excel proficiency, and knowledge of structured or Islamic finance. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, financial advisory, transaction services, private equity, or real estate finance
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and quantitative skills with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Experience preparing financial analysis, investment presentations, and transaction documentation
- Knowledge of financial statements, valuation techniques, cash flow analysis, and credit assessment
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly and professionally
- Fluency in English
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to capital markets, structured finance, or Islamic finance is considered an advantage
- Programming knowledge in Python, SQL, or R is a plus
- Arabic language proficiency is considered an advantage
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and build a career within Islamic Capital Markets and transaction structuring
