Job Summary
Finance Analyst will support the Client Account Finance Manager with month-end reporting, budgeting and forecasting, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting for the client and project teams; responsibilities include preparation of invoices and supporting documentation, managing invoicing processes, monitoring project budgets and accruals, ensuring monthly results are reflected in client reporting tools, client liaison and development of client reporting tools, and ad hoc duties to support the wider client team; requires 2-3 years’ experience, strong Excel/VBA skills, and excellent communication to collaborate with client and corporate teams; on-site role based in Shanghai, China.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position
- Motivated, positive and flexible in approach to work
- Proactive in identifying issues and potential solutions
- Self – supporting; diligent; can deliver to tight deadlines
- Ability to learn quickly and desire to develop
- Ability to work collaboratively and through challenges with the client; other members of the account and corporate teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent PC skills, proficient in Office tools, especially Microsoft Outlook Excel, Power Point VBA & Macros
