Job Summary
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling for IHDS, delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual analyses and executive reports; build and maintain robust financial models to support strategic planning and influence decision making; collaborate with global controllers and regional finance teams to provide consolidated budget/forecast for IHDS Senior Leadership; drive cost-efficiency initiatives and support leadership presentations; oversee HR coordination and team engagement while acting as a senior leader representative for the IH Expense Finance team in Bengaluru; foster continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis
- Demonstrated strong leadership and influencing skills (essential)
- Collaborative team player
- Strategic agility, influence management, analytical skills and matrix management
- Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management
- Financial modelling and forecasting skills
- Proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power BI, Power query, preferred)
- Knowledge of UK GAAP and/or US GAAP (preferred)
