Financial Aid Representative

Job Summary
Advise students and parents on financial aid programs, eligibility, and application procedures. Interview prospective students to assist with FAFSA, determine need for State and Federal aid, and provide customized financial packages while monitoring 90/10 and default prevention. Process applications to determine eligibility, calculate financial need based on cost of attendance, and award or adjust aid. Send notifications for incomplete applications and required documentation. Analyze federal and state regulations to ensure Title IV compliance. Complete second-year packaging, exit interviews for graduating or withdrawing students, and file all paperwork. Interface with Admissions, Student Services, faculty, and other staff members.

Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree, preferred but not required, within accounting, finance or related field (Preferred)
- Some experience within a related field (Preferred)
