Job Summary
Financial Aid Professional II is responsible for providing, obtaining, and processing student financial aid information, and packaging financial aid awards. The role also delivers individualized professional financial aid counseling to current and prospective students and parents, and conducts outreach to the university and broader community. Regular, reliable attendance and the ability to foster collegial relationships are essential. The position is governed by state and federal laws and agency/institution policy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution of higher education
- At least one year of experience in student financial aid or a related area
