Job Summary
Financial Aid Administrator role located on the South San Francisco campus; responsibilities include administering, determining eligibility, and processing federal/state financial aid, counseling students/parents, packaging aid, auditing and reporting to ensure cash flow and regulatory compliance, and collaborating with students, faculty, and staff on-site up to 5 days/week. Requires on-site presence. Familiarity with Title IV programs, VA benefits, private loans, and default management; strong customer service, attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities. Bachelor's degree preferred with 2+ years of Financial Aid experience; Campus Vue experience preferred. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook recommended.
Required Qualifications

- 2+ years of Financial Aid experience
- Campus VUE experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Attention to detail with the capability to multi-task
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
